Oh dear how bad am i?

i went to docrafts demo yesterday just to get a goodie bag,sadly they didnt have any and i was gutted so just to console myself i had a little spending spree so £70 later i walked out of the shop a very happy crafter lol

heres what i got are you ready lol


basic grey 12 by 12 - sultry - paper pack
forever friends paper pack
forever friends pack (which has stamps,paper etc)
forever friends stamp-baby clothes washing line
crochet flowers
3 packets of papermania ribbon
6rolls of 1m ribbon
a pack that has ,brads,gems,ploweres etc in it

think that is all possibly have of forgotton sumit lol

well had to have a play with the forever friends stamps as i these are my 1st ones

two new cards made last night

two new cards that i made last night,im in love with these hangler images at the moment papers used on it are laura ashley and hotp and buttons,ribbon etc are from my stash,the little boy image is one that was sent to me,he is adorable used hotp papers on this stamp i think its from papermani or whispers


well thats me back to work tonight, my maternity leave is up,not looking forward to it but hada get the pennies in so i can buy more crafty things

hope use are all well ,heres a card ive made for a special little girl called Sophiah who is 8ys old and very sick ,she has to have a brain op to remove a tumor so alot of us at the docrafts forum are sending her cards to help try and cheer who up

january - docrafts friendship swap

Heres a card ive made for rosieposie so hope shw doesnt find my blog until she gets it as gonna post it 2moz,
Ive used a downloadable paper from raspberry road designs,and have embossed the two plain coloured papers with my cuttlebug,penny black image which was sent to me by carol of docrafts which i feel in love with so gonna hada search the webshops so i can buy one,ive coloured it with watercolour paints and then glossed the the image,sentiment is computer generated,ribbon and gems are from my stash .....And my flower which im sooo proud of i made myself using a digital kit which had all these flowers in it,in alsorts of different colours i,printed them and cut them out,then put them threw my cuttlebug to emboss them and scored the petals to give them some flexability and layered them up and stuck a gem in.....use have all prob thought of and done this before lol but im just surprised that i actually thought of it lol

well soz for boring use lol

Heres my entry into clare curds sketch challenge over on docrafts,i loved using this weeks sketch.


Ive used free downloadable papers that i got off simply clean scraps which are lovely and i coloured tilda with the watercolours again that i got in with the lets get crafting mag,you can get some great colours with them all the other bits n bobs i used from my stash

my 1st real attempt at distressing - tilda

ive used the watercolours that are in with the ''Lets get crafting - Watercolour'' mag,which i really liked using,Laura Ashley papers and hotp papers, card stock,gems,ribbon are all from my stash and the sentiment is also hotp.

Not too sure wether ive done the distressing bit right or not i just tore the paper along a ruler and then used the x-cut retractable distressing tool.

So if anybody out there has any tips on distressing please let me know lol

Sketch and Stash 1st Challenge plus im entering it into my time tocrafts challenge also

Heres my 1st challenge for sketch and stash and my 1st challenge on a blog other than clare curds so im a little nervous lol


my new item is my house mouse stamp which i got for christmas and have only used once before and the just for you sentiment stamp which ive had for a while put havnt used it before,flowers ans gems are from my stash and the papers are from a qvc- tsv which i purchased some time ago they are HOTP


Ive also added this card into the time to crafts challenge also which has to have something in it about food so think mudpie fits the bill lol

Hope use like it and i wanna wish everyone entering the challenge the best of luck!

Oh My Goodness!!!!!!!

Finally!!!!
My blog looks like a blog,i'm new to all this so havnt really told any one i even have a blog as you can see i aint got any followers or comments on my cards,hopefully that will change and i will got lots of blogging friends........Here's a card i made last night with a new stamp i bought on ebay by happy hoppers i think they are just adorable and cant wait to get my hands on some more,ive told my o/h that i neeeeeeeed them as im really only starting to get into stamping as before i felt that i couldnt do,but i love it now,dont think he too happy as he thinks im gonna bankrupt us lol.The papers and brads are from a Hot of the Press tsv i got on qvc a long time ago (could be a year ago)

As you can prob gather by now that house mouse stamps are my new fav stamps they are just adorable and i love colouring them in this stamp is called ''Pocket Fuzz'' it took me ages to colour as it is sooo big, ive used light blue and green card stock,senitment i did on the computer and ive used small star gems and pearlesent butterflies.

Guess what i got for christmas lol

Loved these little guys since i 1st set eyes on them and cudnt wait to get some,they came today and i had to stamp the straight away, the are so detailed and i loved playing with the i covered the bottle and the jam jar with anitas 3d gloss
